Huzzah, my first MLP fanart~! (and yes, Rarity's my favorite) Clapping Pony Icon - Rarity 

This took me quite sometime to make this drawing done on account of trying to get back into the groove and video editing the time-lapse video, but overall I really enjoyed making this drawing and the video. :meow:

Oh, wowzers!  You did a FANTASTIC job creating a mood here.  Aside from just Rarity's expression and the rain, the colors and the way you captured that vertigo you can get by looking up at tall buildings really sets the mood.
